Returns Eligibility

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase or receipt.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the item you desire.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
